Job Position Description:
This position of Warehouse Maintenance Manager has a variety of responsibilities which include:

Fulfill technician product and equipment needs
Large internal/external equipment maintenance
Snow removal in the winter season
Aerial and forklift duties
Aerial and forklift training
Participate in CAT/ER situations
CAT mode equipment pick up
Material acquisition for Repair Crews
Daily warehouse cleanliness: dusting, trash, floors
HVAC filter changes
Monitor and record incoming/outgoing equipment
Ensure equipment is clean
Daily warehouse closing: lights, overhead doors, doors locked

Compensation:
-This position will be compensated based on experience
-Weekly pay period
-PTO accrual after 90 days

Schedule:
Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm, including a 1/2 hour lunch break
